Red Lobster Review
Red Lobster is one of my person favorite restaurants of all time. I am a big shrimp lover. Even if you do not like shrimp they're many other delicious choices to select from. Red Lobster has many locations but the one I dine the most at is located in Southgate, Michigan. This location is for the most part pretty busy so make sure you have time to wait for a table. Red Lobster is a family friendly restaurant. The age group ranges from newborns to elderly adults. The atomosphere is always good. You are always greater with a warm welcome when you walk through the doors. Depending on the time of day or night you'll be dinning could depend on how our the noise could be inside and during your visit.
Red Lobster is busiest during your typical dine hours. This could also affect how long of a line you will have in order to be seated. The wait could range anywhere from ten minutes to forty five. On your average week day the wait should be no longer than fifteen minutes. The wait time during the weekends is usually longer. On holiday such as Valentines day the wait could be several hours or possibly booked with reservations.
Once you have been seated and treated you waitress/waiter will take your drink order. If you are over twenty one they have an awesome list of specialty cocktails. My personal favorite is the top shelf margarita. When your server returns with your drinks they will have a basket of the most delicious mouth watering cheddar biscuits. You can snack on them while you look over the menu. The menu has a wide variety of different seafood. If you do not like seafood this will not be a place you like to eat. They have awesome appetizers, dinner, and desser. Some of my favorite dishes at Red Lobster is the Signature Shrimp Cocktail, Roasted Maine Lobster Bake, and Crab Linguini.
Every time I have dinned at this location my food is always hot and fresh. The service is always great and the overall experience I would rate five stars. I have never had a bad experience here or bad service. The average price of the bill ranges from thirty to sixty dollars depending on what I order and what my boyfriend orders. If you are looking to go out with your significant other or family I would recommend Red Lobster. If you want to take a look at the menu before you eat here they have a website available as well. If you google coupons you can also print coupons to get a free appetizer ect.. When your headed out next to have dinner check out Red Lobster. You will not be sorry I promise.
People Who Have Inspired Me
A few people who have inspired me in life are my boyfriend, mother, and Oprah.
The first person i'd like to talk about is my boyfriend Albert Allan Bokor. Over the past few months I've been going through a lot. During the transition of buying my first home and moving. He has helped me build all my new furniture and also taught me skills I will have for a life time. On top of going to school and taking five classes this semester and continuing to tell me to study hard. I've been stressed out, over whelmed, and moody. He has been by my side during the whole process. Pushing me daily to stay focused and motivated. Many days I've felt like giving up and he continues to keep pushing me. He makes me work harder towards my dreams and goals. We have the best time together were always laughing and being goofy. He is not only my best friend but always an amazing boyfriend. This March we will be taking a vacation to Miami, Florida for five days. I'm so beyond excited to create even more memories.
“I no longer believed in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight. But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together.” - Lisa Kleypas
The second person I'd like to talk about is my mother Dawn Marie Lancaster. She is my absolute best friend in the whole world. She has been by my side for everything and life and guided me. She is the strongest, hardworking, caring, and genuine person ever. She will help anyone in the world at any point. She is willing to help anyone and any time. She has a lot of friends who rely on her. She is the back bone for my family. She takes care of my Grandparents as well.
I couldn't ask for a better mother. She raised me working two jobs to provide for me as a single mother. She worked long hours and still manage to be home for me cooking dinner and helping me with homework. She attended every single cheerleading competition, dance competition, and anything else I wanted to try growing up. She spoiled me like the little diva I was growing up. Now we get to travel and enjoy margaritas in Vegas.
“A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts.” - Washington Irving
The third person I would like to talk about is Oprah Winfrey. She is a strong, bold, and independent woman. She is a woman's right advocate and also takes a big stand for African American woman as well. One of my favorite quotes from Oprah is "I don't think of myself as a poor deprived ghetto girl who made good. I think of myself as somebody who from an early age knew I was responsible for myself, and I had to make good." Oprah Winfrey grew up in Kosciusko, Mississippi with her mother. She was sexually assaulted by several family members.
She moved to Tennessee to live with her father where she attended Tennessee State University. She worked for a small local television station where she was recruited to Chicago. In Chicago she hosted her own television show in the morning. She became a huge hit and then landed a show on ABC. Within the first year she grossed 125 million dollars. She created the Oprah Winfrey Show which she air for twenty five seasons 1986-2011. She is a huge inspiration to me for focusing on your dreams. She knew what she wanted from a young age and strived for her future. She became the worlds first richest black women.
